alphacrysentium.com provides professional home organization, decluttering, moving assistance, maintenance, and virtual consultation services in the greater Tokyo area. Our services include but are not limited to in-home organization sessions, pre-move and post-move setup, ongoing maintenance visits, virtual consultations via video call, and corporate office organization.

Service Booking and Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. Submitting a contact form, completing the Space Assessment, or requesting a consultation does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will confirm scheduling via email or phone within two business days of receiving your inquiry.

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are listed on our website for general reference. Final pricing may vary based on the specific scope of work, number of rooms, clutter levels, and other factors assessed during the initial consultation. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request the following notice for cancellations and rescheduling:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours notice: Rescheduling available, or 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full session fee applies

In case of emergencies or severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the spaces to be organized
• Be present or designate an authorized representative during in-home sessions
• Make final decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or discard
• Inform us of any hazardous materials, pest issues, or structural concerns in advance
• Provide accurate information about your space and organizational needs

Liability and Disclaimers

While we exercise reasonable care during all services, alphacrysentium.com is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, items that are fragile or improperly stored, or decisions made by the client regarding item disposal. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service session in question.

We are not responsible for items once they have been donated, recycled, or disposed of at the client's direction. We recommend clients photograph valuable items before making disposal decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, guides, checklists, and organizational methodologies, is the property of alphacrysentium.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Space Assessment Tool

The Space Assessment tool on our website provides estimated recommendations based on the information you provide. These estimates are for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding quote. Actual session times, number of sessions, and pricing may differ based on in-person assessment of your spaces.

Photos and Testimonials

With your written consent, we may photograph completed spaces for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. You may decline photography at any time without affecting service delivery. Client names in testimonials are used only with explicit permission.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
